1. But why would a scum separate from themselves from an innocent? 2. Explain this to me. What does this have to do with what I said? |
1. It wasn't revealed that Zexen was innocent until after Day2. Towards the end of Day1 people (myself included) had cast suspicion at Zexen and on Day2 itself Zexen had a number of votes against him.
2. Asking the cop to roleclaim to clear you for any reason is bad for the town because 1. everyone knows who the cop is and they only have to find the doc to completely screw over the town 2. the doc is rendered useless to the town as from that point on he must protect the cop for as long as he himself lives now that he's lost his anonymity 3. a knock on effect is that the cop must prove his role by announcing a result, where there is an overwhelming chance that result will be innocent - a free target for scum.
Not wanting to be investigated after that day creates the perfect scenario for WoW if he is the SK
The Doc can't protect the town and so everyone is vulnerable to nightkills
The Cop will live a few days longer because the Doc is forced to protect him
The Cop is unwillingly doing the SK a favour by potentially identifying mafia scum and therefore an obvious lynch target.
