Today's results and Dsister's investigations have thrown me a bit, because Vetteman, Zexen and Kingfate would have been some of the most suspcious players to me otherwise. I previously also suspected SPK, Son1x, j0 and Falcon because I felt they weren't making any meaningful posts that helped the town. I still find j0 and Falcon suspicious - and is there a reason why Falcon seems to have disappeared or have I just missed a recent post of his? - but I was wrong about SKP and Son1x so I'm really unsure what to think about this now.

But WoW is still my number one suspect. It just frustrates me that because WoW is WoW most people seem to have taken him just at his word, I mean this is Day 4 and he still hasn't been investigated - yet he has been by far the most vocal and influential player of the whole group, and it hasn't benefited the town at all. The very fact he got the Cop to announce himself to the group just reeks of Scum to me.

What you say is true... but then shouldn't the Cop save role-claiming until either he has evidence that someone is guilty or until he can see that someone he knows is innocent is about to be mislynched?

This is mind... it's a bit suspicious that you wanted the Cop to make himself known at the start of this day.

When hatmoza flipped town, I knew I would be suspected.  Since it was likely the Cop investigated me, having them step up and tell everyone that I'm innocent would save me a lot of time and trouble.

Now since I am in no danger of being mislynched, I support the Cop investigating people other than me.

Just to remind people my vote hasn't changed from:

vote: KingFate

I am also in favor of modkilling those people who are not contirbuting at this point.

That was his justificaiton to me. Selfish self-preservation. How does this sort of behaviour warrant compromising the Cop's anonymity and making the rest of the town vulnerable by forcing the Doctor into protecting him every night? Even if he truly was pro-town and he believed the Cop had investigated him that night, he could have waited for the Cop to announce him innocent when he was in genuine danger of getting mislynched - but as he himself has already boasted - it's very difficult to get him lynched and also by the end of Day 1 there wasn't a single vote cast against him... he was in no danger.

Vote: WoW

See... this is the kind of post that makes no sense to me. You are voting for him because he is alive and wants to be investigated?

@He doesn't want to be investigated anymore, funnily enough.

@ Because he already thought the cop already investigated him >:] don't ignore stuff just because it doesn't prove a point for you Edit: for grammar

When he made that post he knew the Cop had not investigated him the first night. Please explain to me how this excuses him from not wanting to be investigated on any of the following nights?

Since no one is talking I'll go ahead and throw one of these huge almost unreadable posts out there. Right now I'm really interested in Trangentspree. He may be a newb and all but he has made a lot of mistakes.

Also I don't fully understand your(WoW) reasons for suspecting him. Why is it so bizarre that Zexen managed to survive the night when you did also? Are you that sure that the Doctor was going to protect you? Until the Doctor role-claims and can attest to this, I see no reason to believe it. Or are you going to tell me that this is one of those things that always happens when you play mafia?

Here he wants the doctor to roleclaim. Even the newest of new players should know that you shouldn't make the doctor roleclaim.

Right now I'm concerned that the two most vocal players so far are mafia and are misleading the town. I don't think it's much to ask that you be investigated by the Cop tonight. If you come out innocent then we can be fairly sure you are what you claim to be.

Here he is saying that the only reason that he wants WoW killed is because WoW is talking a lot... that's a good reason I guess. He is also saying that he wants the cop to investigate him and announce the results.

Dtewi, identifying Scifiboy as innocent Day 2 effectively designated him a nightkill Night 2. If you find out someone is guilty you can announce them so as soon as possible, but I'd suggest not announcing that someone is innocent unless they are about to be mislynched - because you pretty much make that player a sacrifice to scum as soon as you identify them as innocent.

Here Trangent is saying that the cop shouldn't say that someone is innocent. Kind of goes against what Trangent said last time >:]

Here trangent is joining the bandwagon against Zexen despite all that he has said about Words of Wisdom.

And it seems he has since given up on the game Vote: Trangentspree

Why are you falsifying the things I have said?

@ That's not a request for the Doctor to roleclaim, that was an argument not to just trust WoW at his word when he claimed the Doctor had protected him the first night.

@ How can I want both at the same time? I wanted WoW investigated, but unless you survive the night it is too late for that.

@ Why does it go against what I said? The Cop could have investigated WoW and chosen not to announce him innocent until a mislynch was about to occur.

@ This one is just an outright untruth - I even link to a post where I suspected Zexen before, which also links to another post where I write about why I suspect Zexen on Day 1.

@ How is the doctor going to say who he protected without saying that he is the doctor? And another thing if there are two factions, and WoW was part of one of them why didn't the other faction go after him?

@That's why you are saying you think they are mafia.

@This is basically the opposite of what you just said here

@ I find people that change their vote for when a bandwagon is starting really rather guilty.

Note: Chrome sucks -.-

Where does it say that he wasn't investigated? From what I am reading of the post it seems that he definitely thought he was investigated

1. I didn't want the doctor to roleclaim. I didn't want to trust WoW's claim that the doctor probaby protected him the first night just because WoW said it was so.

2. No it isn't, I went to a lot of effort to point out why I thought they were mafia, you could at least do me the favour of reading those posts. This is the reason why I thought they would be a huge threat to the town if they were mafia.

3. I already explained that to you at @here

4. I didn't change my vote. That was my vote.

You need to look back on the page it was on.

WoW requested the Cop make himself known.

Dweti came out and said that Scifi boy was innocent.

Halfway through that day I had this conversation with WoW, after the above had already happened.

I'll answer this post first because it's quicker for me to do.

I'm set to 100 posts per page.

This is it on page 7, just a few posts into Day 2.

This is where WoW asks the cop to announce himself (here and here) 'expecting' him to announce his innocence.

This is where Dweti announces he is the cop and says that Scifiboy is innocent.

...

Actually it turns out that the exchange in question between WoW and I doesn't occur until a long time after this on page 9, where you'll find this post somewhere down the middle of the page (this is way, way after WoW has found out she wasn't investigated on the first night).

---

That took a lot longer than I thought it would. -_-

I have ten posts per page. So two of those links were more then useless. I see what you mean now, but I still don't see how it makes WoW more or less guilty.

1. I never said that made him seem scummy? I was giving a reason why I wasn't going to trust WoW when he said the doctor probably protected him the first night.

2. This is really annoying. You could just click on my profile and go through my posts that way. I made this post on Day 1, and this on Day 2 saying why I thought they were mafia then. You can read every other post I have made from my profile.

3. Those two things are not mutually exclusive, the Cop could have investigated WoW and held back saying anything until he was in danger. Also, I have been learning as I have been going along this game - I understand things now that I didn't when the game started.

4. Read my posts. For the love of god, read my posts. You're not helping the town at all by making sweeping allegations without actually looking at the evidence first.
