How many HP do you have per character? In my game Snow has 16K, Sazh 14K, Fang 12K, Lightning 11K, Vanille 10K and Hope 9K.

Q: What weapons should I start upgrading? And where can I find the ultimate weapon for each character?

It depends on how you want to approach each individual character. Me, I tend to use Fang for Strength, Lightning for Equal approach and Vanille for Magic.

To get the ultimate weapons, you need to evolve the weapons to Tier 3. Tier 1 weapons (initial) level up to 25 before hitting *, Tier 2 level up to 60 before hitting *.

That was the biggest piece of crap I've ever seen. The story was bland and it was horridly repetetive.

Yeah I just beat that chapter and thought it was kinda boring..

But at least I'm on Pulse now.

Lightning's best equal weapon is Organyx, but you'll only be able to buy it once you unlock the Gilgamesh shop, further in post-game. 

So far I found that her initial weapon, BlazeFire Gun works the best until you get Organyx

Hope has the highest magic of all characters. The best weapon for level up path, with the highest Magic is the Hawkeye. 

Vanille Magic stat, crystarium exclusively, is pretty much equal to Lightning, but she has the edge because of having weapons with Higher Magic stat.

I'm in chapter 13, and I'm just wondering do I only get the level 10 crystarium after beating the game, or what?
