This game is teh ebil.

So addicting. The concept is similar to Pokemon where you capture monsters and raise them.

However, I like this one a lot more. You can fuse different/same monsters to make them stronger and can carry the parents abilities. You can also totally mess up your fused monster (been there, done that).

If you like catch-em-all games, I highly recommend this title. Especially if you're buying this for your kid to keep them busy and they won't bother you to buy a new game for a couple of months. 

I had the original on Game Boy about 10 years ago. Back then it kicked Pokemon's arse and was the game I played most on GB.

Definitely going to get the DS version once it hits Europe in 2008. Saying that, I've a feeling the series has lost it's steam, much less monsters then Pokemon now and alot of duplicates amongst them. Still, probably a much harder game so who can complain.
