This is probably the biggest news we have heard so far from Fallout:New Vegas. Those who have played the PC version of Oblivion, pretty much know the work of Jorge "Oscuro" Salgado, the creator of arguably the best mod for the game, OOO (Oscuro Oblivion Overhaul), which adds a whole new experience to the game and upgrades the durability of the game 10x fold.
As someone who has so much knowledge from the Bethesda Engine and could push Oblvion much further than it's creators, Oscuro working on New Vegas means that the game will be nothing short of amazing.
