UN2 caused a pretty spike for PS3 so could ME2 for X360 especially that ME2 will sell more first week than UN2 and it will be option for PS3 only owners to play ME1 & 2 if they are tired of dreaming about ME series on PS3.
Bioware: Mass effect 2 will sell 360 hardware. Agree or disagree?! | |||

I hope so. Mass Effect 2 deserves to sell on par with The best selling MS games. Its honestly one of the best games I've ever played. Frig I think I may play it again
Black Women Are The Most Beautiful Women On The Planet.
"In video game terms, RPGs are games that involve a form of separate battles taking place with a specialized battle system and the use of a system that increases your power through a form of points.
Sure, what you say is the definition, but the connotation of RPGs is what they are in video games." - dtewi
Mass effect 2 is truly a great game. However, since Mass Effect 2 is availible on both xbox360 as well as PC. I see alot of people simply playing on their PC if they do own a xbox360.
not many (SELLING 1 OR 2 COUNCLES IS SELLING HARDWARE SO I DONT GEY WHY PEOPLE WOULD PICK NO!) lol end of rant but seriously, I can see it selling mabye a couple hundred thousand consloles in the long run...

The only problem with programs like Xpadder is that it's nearly impossible to get analog movement. I'm so annoyed that more PC games don't include gamepad support. Oh, and if you know a little bit of programming/scripting, you could also try using GlovePie (made famous for the Wiimote, but it supports the Dualshock 3, and I would imagine the XBox360 controller as well). It'll be a bit more flexible in what you can do, if you feel like doing some scripting.
OT: I'm not sure if Mass Effect 2 is a system seller by itself, but it could very well push some people to finally get an XBox360. Mass Effect 1 got great reviews too, so I'm not sure that people will be snapping up XBox360s for Mass Effect 2 if they didn't already for Mass Effect 1.
I think MAG will boost PS3 more. It will produce bigger effects than Mass Effect 2 on X360. Who thinks that way?

MAG has gotten mostly "meh" reviews 7/8s which matches with my nephew's experience. He played the BETA but is not picking up the game. So unless something dramaticly changes I doubt that MAG will produce any change.
Off topic, Sony will move hardware with GoW3, GT5, and maybe heavy rain.
