So I went to this store just to kill some time before the movie I wanted to see started and I saw a white and silver PS3 which looked pretty badass. So I asked the guy who worked there how much was it and he said $400 (I figured it was a 160g) but when I asked about the size he said 40g and then he added "We also have an 80g and that is $500". I can't believe that these morons are trying to sell these systems for so much when you can get a 120g for 300.

The reason for the price is that the console was probably imported from Japan. Japanese price + shipping + profit. 400$/500$ makes sense if you want those color.

Edit: and even if you would import one by yourself, you would be near that price.

I understand that but when your offering 40g for that much and I can go to best buy and get a 120g for 100-200 your average consumer is going to be like "Are you serious?". I should also add that have not sold one.
