I just finished ME1 and got some questions.

Spoilers ahead (if that's even needed, but i guess there might be people still out there that want to play the game)

So first off..  weren't you suppost to die in the end? I didn't really pay attention towards the end, and on that last choice where you could save the council or send in the fleet to destroy that Sovereign. I went all in to kill it once and for all, it died and shattered. The debris came crashing down on me and I let out a very lame "Go!", i might add. Seriously, really lame. Felt like he didn't even mean it. "Oh its coming down on our heads, do we have to run? Oh what ever lets just "Go!" then." At first they made it seem as if i had died, but then i crawled out of the rubble and taaadaa. I was alive. And i was like.. "WTF! I was suppos to die?!"

The endig really sucked, might've been because of my choice, but the way it played out for me was just lame. No girl, no heroics, no retribution, no nothing. We decided to replace the council, and the humans were to lead it. The end. WTF!?

Secondly. Can you get into bed with that alien chick? I chose to put the moves on the human, 'cus im not into blue squid looking aliens, but she wanted me bad. So is it possible?

I was almost sure the end were suppost to be some sort of WOW thingy. Some sort of twist or surprise. I thought i read it somewhere or something because i was thinking "oh here comes the "death scene", but it was nothing of the sort. I fake died and we went through a process of selecting a new council, and the game ended within a minute. Boring as hell.

Now dont get me wrong. I liked the game. I've been playing it for 2 days straight, but i just felt like the game and its storytelling were a bit crippled. But im downloading ME2 as we speak :D
