i havnt seen them make a game in ages, the last one i can remember is Mortal Kombat vs DC and TNA Impact.. have they declared bankruptsy?

Midway filed for Chapter 11 last February.

Edit: Also Warner Bros. purchased most or all of the IPs. THQ purchased a studio. Everything else is just gone I think.
