1. The return of incredible karmic awareness.
2. Where history overlaps with the present time.
3. They are two different characters, but they complement each other beautifully.

"But hints were given. And this is gonna be the biggest announcement ever in the GOG history (maybe except the opening of the site itself but this is different category;)."

I think it will be EA and Activision.

damn, if it's really EA it's going to be fantastic.

the words above were backed by NUCLEAR WEAPONS!

EA would mean Dune II, The Legend of Kyrandia 1-3, Blade Runner, Lands of Lore, Ultima III-IX, Ultima Underworld I+II, Populous, Powermonger, Dungeon Keeper 1+2, Theme Park, Magic Carpet, Syndicate, Wing Commander I-V (plus Privateer), Bioforge, Strike Commander, Comanche.

Yep, EA would be the biggest sensation, even more than LucasArts, Sierra/Dynamix (now owned by Activision?) or MicroProse, but I'd be happy if it would be one of those.

EA would be astonishing. A lot of those games don't work on Vista/ Windows 7 and if they were redone, then.. wow.

I wonder what it is

Around the Network

it would also mean all the old Sim games: SimFarm, SimAnt, SimEarth, etc.

even older games originally on consoles like Road Rash

That's true, but I didn't mention EA's own or their Maxis games because I'm generally only interested in SimCity, which I can play today even on DS or Wii and which is the only Will Wright franchise I need.

Westwood, Bullfrog, Origin, (NovaLogic), that's where some of my most favorites 90s games were created.

ah, I see.

half an hour left!

so, Activision is confirmed: http://news.cnet.com/8301-17938_105-10441275-1.html?tag=mncol

all the Arcanum and Gabriel Knight guesses were correct then.

there are a lot of IPs I'm not sure if really belong to Activision, but would be nice, like Time Commando, which was published by Activision in NA, but by EA in Europe.

but with the different characters hint I still hope it's not only Activision but also EA.

20 minutes now. If it's just Deus Ex, I'm going to kick make a cat feel uneasy, I swear.
