get 64bit, windows still be gonna be a memory hog in the future.

64bit version can run 32bit soft. not 16bit sadly ;_;, making me to look for other compilers

64 bit programs usually take up a bit more memory than 32 bit versions... each pointer (i.e. memory reference) takes up twice the size, and there are lots of these floating around.
