no killstreak(biggest fail right there), takes more bullets to kill an enemy, harder sniping, less types of online games, no spec ops (there for lass value).

Yeah, it's a big fail not to include tactical nukes
I can't compare with MW2 as I never played it, but the majority of people complain that it takes too FEW bullets to die.
Harder sniping? Really? TBH, I thought the sniping experience was very easy but fair. Pull of gravity requires additional skill, but the scope was very steady, and the fluid animation and hitboxes prevent stuttering heads and bodies.
I think 4 game modes are enough, and while there are no spec ops, I think playing as squad against other squads of real people is more fun.
Anyway, it's also important to mention the pros, as I believe that the "sacrifices" Bad Company 2 made are vastly over compensated by the value added by its unique features:
Big and varied map. Mixture of urban and open areas. Prevents players from simply throwing a grenade in the beginning of the round and getting a kill. Allows creativity, stealth, and emphasizes flank maneuvering with the space.
Vehicles. Adds an entirely new gameplay to a FPS, and again, makes Bad Company 2 more diverse. You can be a poor infantry man, but be a great chopper pilot. Adds another demension of strategy and cooperation. Getting beat by the enemy? Request a tank pilot to assist the infantry. Tanks coming? You have to coordinate to plant mines, ambush with C4s, use Rockets, mortars, etc.
DESTRUCTIBLE ENVIRONMENTS. If the big and varied environments didn't add enough emphasis on positioning, destructible environment finishes it. Every game can be unique, as you can create your own paths, destroy entire buildings, etc. No longer can you remain stationary behind cover, but constantly be aware of who the enemy is, and what they have (If there's a sniper you shouldn't have to worry about a Grenade or a RPG... but maybe a mortar).

No, you deserve to win a match if your entire team wins. Being a bad ass on your own doesn't help, if you're not defending crates or capturing flags.
Yes, that was exactly my point. The newbs complain in Bad Company 2 that it takes too few bullets to die. I think it's perfect. A good 2 seconds of full burst at the torso and they're dead. Not too little as Kylie Dog said, not too many as noobs are still complaining.
I don't think being harder is a negative, as long as it is fair.
Alright, let's agree that however many Modern War 2 has more than 4 modes. I think that's enough, but MW2 beats it in this respect.
Errr, do you actually get in these and pilot them until your vehicle is taken down, or are you talking about some temporary kill streak thing? Although I never played MW2, I do know the basic outlook of the game... and I do not think that the vehicles that are supposedly in MW2 compare to those in BC2.

What was wrong with gold bar shit? |
Not everyone wants to play with gold bars, and from what it seems like they did a complete overhaul with gameplay. So im not gonna judge it yet.

You're gonna be solely dissapointed with Rush mode then XD

The more game modes the better IMO.
Battlefield has a long PC legacy, so it is plausible it could do it on the PC. Probably won't happen on the consoles though.
Despite the two games similarity as modern day shooters but Battlefields focus on bigger maps, vehicles and destructible terrain makes it so both games compliment each other quite well.
Why choose when you can have both?
