It's neither. The Vitality Sensor is a peripheral. The other two are games. |
Well, it's obviously going to be bundled with some kind of software. That software will be the deciding factor in it's success is what I'm saying.

Correct. However the fallacy of your argument is including Wii Music. Wii Music was a standalone game. It wasn't bundled with a peripheral. In fact any game that has bundled with a peripheral from Nintendo hasn't sold less 4 million copies. So it begs to wonder whether Wii Music itself would have sold so poorly had it not been wrapped around the idea of a unique peripheral.

I also think it will. And also think it will set a sad precedent for controller prices.

And this Nintendo DS. - The PS4, this Xbox 360, and the Gaming PC, and the PS3's, and that's all *I* need. And that's *all* I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one... Wait... you got half a controller with your Wii?

What he means is that since Nintendo doesn't package it's peripherals with the Wii even though they also don't package the software they're made to function with, it's technically half a controller. It's like how those of us that already own a 360 or PS3 only own half a controller because secondary controllers made to be used in the future aren't packaged in with our consoles.
