I'm going to have to say maybe. Both systems ride on how their motion attachments do. If one succeeds and the other fails, then the one who succeeds will be ahead by the end of 2011. If both fail, I think that PS3 will surpass 360, but not necessarily by 2011, as MS will announce the 360's successor. If both are successful, I'm going to have to lean to no, as the media hype behind Natal will get more of the "casual" people looking at it, and make more sales to them.

I remember people saying that the PS3 will overtake the 360 in late 2008. Then the 360 made a comeback. Same thing repeated in 2009. The point I'm trying to make here is that we don't know what the whole year will bring.

as far as the growing of the PS3 goes, i'd say yes - thanks to japan and Europe/others.

Yes it depends on various factors its not a fact that PS3 will be second but I believe it. I dont know it.
