The Lord of The Rings trilogy. Nothing comes close really from the last decade.

Hmmm, I'm unsure. The Lord of the Rings trilogy was great and that was my first thought. But, I'd have a difficult time choosing between that, Spirited Away, Up or Big Fish.

I would have to say the Dark Knight and Casino Royale. The follow-up to Casino Royale sucked!!!!

In comparison to the previous movie yes, compared to most movies hell no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOTR Trilogy, The Departed, Children of Men and V for Vendetta

The Departed! Hands down . A Stellar Lineup of DiCaprio, Wahlberg, Nicholson, Damon, Martin Sheen and Baldwin, Directed by the Incredible Scorsese.

Off the top of my head I would have to say that the 'best' film I saw last decade was No Country For Old Men. Two other favourites would be Into The Wild and Y Tu Mama Tambien, I could watch either of those multiple times in one day!
