Yes it will be HUGE. They said that they bought a new office just for staff responsable for the Online System and they're working on it for a long time.

I do expect it to be quite big.

Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!

Kojima: Come out with Project S already!

i read somewhere something of a GT Plaza... dont recall much still.

That depends how well it is implemented. This is why people have been crying for a car damage feature. Helps keep online competitive.

Otherwise its just a game of bumper cars, without the crazy speed and power ups...

If you had played GT5p online you would have known that it was far away from that.

Oh yeah you could bump into other cars, but unless you wanted a 5 second penalty at 20 MPH stuck in you, completely destroying your chances to come on top in competitive online, you would do anything to even touch the opponents car.

So it was already far from what people described.

OT - Online for this game can become huge, especially if they implement tournament systems like a souped up version of the Time Trials they have held so far.

I did play it online and it was quite frustrating. There are people that just don't care if they lose and will take you out with them...

That won't suddendly end with the introduction of damage. If so, more people will try to bump you and cause you to spin-off, if the penalty system is replaced by the damage system. Trust me, i've seen the effects on other racers, like Toca, Forza and GTR.

You'll always have those kind of people in any kind of game, but when it comes to more competitive racing, those kind of scenarios are more rare to come by, as people trully want to race the best that they can.

In my opinion, I think both systems should be in place, Damage and Penalty, to create an even bigger dissuative effect.
