I think it will definitely release this September with Sony 3D and Motion Controllers and EyeToy Sync-in.

Shouldn't happen, but there have been enough games like Duke Nukem Forever to expect that maybe it might. GT5 is a large release, and Sony would benefit from it. It is entirely possible you see the track editor dropped instead of GT5 being delayed.

I don't know for certain, so I am not going to vote here on it. E3 should reveal a lot.
