This interview with the Divx CEO reveals that they are in discussion with MS to implement Divx on the 360. That would be a nice addition.

i hope so but im not gettin my hopes up... seems like the ps3 will have it soon to as it can recognize divx files but cant play em yet.. they will probably implement it with home
