Yea I agree, the problem is most people don't understand the depths of the characters in these vs threads.

Guts is truly a fucked up person. I mean the man has either slaughtered or led to the death of children, woman and old men but he doesn't even bat an eye lash at the thought. He almost rapes Caska after she's gone insane cause he cant control the darkness inside him. You can just feel that theres some insanely powerful evil inside him just underneath the surface threatening to break out at any moment.
Sure Kratos kills a lot of things but their mostly mindless monsters, he doesn't cause suffering anywhere near the level of Guts. Guts in berserker form would slaughter Kratos.

I dont know who guts is so I am going to say Kratos would gut him :P

Kratos with the blade of Olympus and the ability to control time is the Winner.
No matter how fucked up Guts is he's no match for a ghost who takes down all gods of Olympus.

Hmmm looks like were facing a stalement.

Slowing down time + Rage of the Titans is a mean combo, I don't know if this Guts fellow can match that. I know less about Guts than Kratos (though I did play Sword of the Berserk on DC) so I can't be sure. Kratos overpowered Atlas even in mortal form so I imagine he'd have the strength advantage.

be nice to see the votes in respect to who has read and played both, where as most votes might be just for fans of one voting no matter what.

be nice if 4 options in the pole. I know both and vote so and so, I have only played/or read berserk and thus vote him.

I never saw the Guts anime/manga but I do have Sword of the Berzerk: Guts Rage and based on what I've seen, Kratos would punch Guts so hard, Guts would open his eye.
