Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Sky Crawlers- The best crappy game this year.

Xseed makes this game right? I may have to check it out based on that alone.

Definitely on my radar. Can't wait to swoop in and buy this game. I'll dive right into it as soon as I get it and give it the full nine yards. I just hope it doesn't bomb.

You tried really hard on this statement didn't you?

"Pier was a chef, a gifted and respected chef who made millions selling his dishes to the residents of New York City and Boston, he even had a famous jingle playing in those cities that everyone knew by heart. He also had a restaurant in Los Angeles, but not expecting LA to have such a massive population he only used his name on that restaurant and left it to his least capable and cheapest chefs. While his New York restaurant sold kobe beef for $100 and his Boston restaurant sold lobster for $50, his LA restaurant sold cheap hotdogs for $30. Initially these hot dogs sold fairly well because residents of los angeles were starving for good food and hoped that the famous name would denote a high quality, but most were disappointed with what they ate. Seeing the success of his cheap hot dogs in LA, Pier thought "why bother giving Los Angeles quality meats when I can oversell them on cheap hotdogs forever, and since I don't care about the product anyways, why bother advertising them? So Pier continued to only sell cheap hotdogs in LA and was surprised to see that they no longer sold. Pier's conclusion? Residents of Los Angeles don't like food."

"The so-called "hardcore" gamer is a marketing brainwashed, innovation shunting, self-righteous idiot who pays videogame makers far too much money than what is delivered."

I've been spending too much time on FARK. When I realized the unintentional pun in my first sentence, I couldn't resist going in full throttle.

Does anyone know if this has been released in Canada? I can't find it anywhere, not even online.

Just checked the with store next door.  It was released here on the 12th.  But they hadn't ordered any in....

Should be $30 - $35.

Just in case you're interested (I was) Pinball Hall of Fame Gotlieb is finally releasing here on the 19th.

At $30 these two are must buys for me, and I'm already getting TvsC which means NMH2 just got bumped.

Gamestop has it on their website in Canada for $40. Let me know if you find it for cheaper.

Does it have Japanese voices?

Ars Technica didn't like it; mainly because it is on the Wii.

Leatherhat on July 6th, 2012 3pm. Vita sales:"3 mil for COD 2 mil for AC. Maybe more. "  thehusbo on July 6th, 2012 5pm. Vita sales:"5 mil for COD 2.2 mil for AC."

Well it's the same developers as the Ace Combat games so I don't see how they could have messed it up.

Oh and to the OP,DC rocks.

Walmart has it in Canada for $29.83, I just picked it up.

Bingo!  Thank you kind sir for that.   I just saw it at EB Games for $39.99 but $30 is about my limit for it.   Let me know your impressions.

Personally, I like using Wii controls to fly (Blazing Angels, WSR) but not so much into air combat unless it's fairly easy and arcadey.
