People who say they're unbiased are mostly lying to themselves. You always have preferences. Your opinion is partly dictated by those preferences even if you try to be as unbiased as possible. Therefore, you're biased.

Same here, I think for me it is the fact that Zelda and Pokemon are my two favorite handheld franchises.

Lots of Ps3 "favoratism". Not really a surprise to me, but it is almost 50%.

With some many people biased towards PS3, you would think it would sell more. Maybe people just like supporting the underdog.

Well I'm pretty biased towards Zelda. Even the slightest strike at it and I can feel a disturbance in the force haha. Also would say I have a slight leaning towards that of Nintendo due to that is what I grew up with, but I'm getting pretty good at disregarding that when trying to discuss sales and quality. But everyone is a little bit biased too as the song goes.

I think this just proves the theory that you need an appropriate sample size.

People keep saying that, but you kind of miss the point of this thread in particular. It is if you have a bias towards a certain machine. It is entirely possible to be neutral on certain subjects. I am, for example, biased towards Mario platformers. At the same time I do not think the Wii is somehow better than the PS3, or 360 based on Mario's presence. It is a logical limit, not a mandatory one, that keeps the game from appearing on other consoles. If you can keep the proper context then you can be unbiased as far the console wars go.
