another "lets bash MW2 because its more popular than KZ2 " thread. that only happens like 700 times a day

just like it was ok to bash KZ2 because it wasn't popular.

This is not to bash mw2 it's simply to show just because something is popular you don't have to ignorantly bash everything eles because they aren't. It really hurts some great games like KZ2 and MAG chance of being here for the people who would enjoy them because the majority think they're garbage just because it it's what they're used to. If you look at everyone who has said anything positive form MAG it's always from people who gave it a chance. Broke past lv. 10, got into a domination match, commanded a squad or platoon, got into the deep meaningful skill tree, work as a team, they understood what it was and played it accordingly. They let MAG grow on them, and found out it really is a truly MAGnificent I.P.

and almost everyone who hated it simply just wanted it to be MW2.Nothing more than a 256 player TDM, and CTF.

MAG is a truly deep experience, but only the people willing to give it a chance and willing to commit will be exposed to it, and the people not willing to commit and all they want is a MW2, hollow but fun experince just won't get into it. But the point is those people don't have to ruin it for people that may want that deeper experience.

Killzone 2 controlls sucked and the game is unplayable, and generic, and just terrible ..........................or

killzone 2 controlls were extremely difficult to get used to, but given the time and effort they can become extremely rewarding I guess for those people willing to put in the time to learn them, BUT IT'S JUST ISN'T FOR ME, I PEFER COD 4. which sounds better to you

whoever bashed KZ2 got flamed very hard, go check some of the threads from february last year. but everyone can trol MW2, no questions asked. its usually the KZ2 fanboys who troll MW2, not the other way around

I don't know about this site but there were a lot of others who it was the exact opposite. My intentions were clearly stated in what I said above, I don't want to see this (MAG) game trashed because it's not mw2, now are some people using it to vent their feelings about MW2, yeah it kinda looks that way, and I can't speak about those people sorry. Me personally, MW2 is extremely fun for what it is, is it over hyped yes, is it better than most other shooters not even close, but is it an extremely fun game that can make for some good laughs with some friends, most definitely.

You don't have to like Killzone 2 to not care for Modern Warfare 2.

Neither MW2 or Killzone 2 are particularly amazing games, so just let it go.

I never understand people complaining about the controls of KZ2....you can make it the exact same control set up as Cod, just with a little more weight to the controls

I just want to say that, when I played the open beta, I went SVER simply because I'm Asian, had no idea about balances until somebody mentioned it in this thread, and I'm thinking to myself now "so that's why SVER dominated the global control." they need to balance the game better since people who are actually good can kill people much faster as SVER due to the higher damage. A lot of times, it got to the point where my team would just be camping near the spawn points and I would hide in the bushes in the mine field just killing whoever popped up, shit was messed up lol. Still not convinced that I want to play FPS on consoles frequently yet though, the game was really really really slow for me(way too used to competitive online PC play, never was a fan of MW and think MW2 is fucking ass on PC) and the control is just not as fast and flexible as usual. Was fun times while it was free though.
