I'm sure there is already a thread like this but seeing as how well Uncharted 2 sold by the end of 2009 (2.63 million approximately) due to a decent marketing campaign, I'm sure that Sony would use a similar strategy for their upcoming titles, such as MAG, God of War 3, Gran Turismo 5, Heavy Rain, Agent and Resistance 3. How well do you fine folks here at VgChartz think that these titles will sell, especially with the surging popularity of the PS3 due mainly to the price cut?

My Predictions:

MAG: 500K first week, 1.5 million LTD

God of War 3: 1 million first week, 4 million LTD

Gran Turismo 5: 1.8 million first week, 10 million LTD

Heavy Rain: 400K first week, 1.2 million LTD

Agent: Don't know much about this title but seeing as how it's Rockstar North, 1 million first week, and possibly 4 million LTD if it's any good

Resistance 3: I have a feeling Insomniac will bounce back with this one, 650K first week, 3 million LTD if it's good, otherwise 2 million tops

No mention of White Knight...?

MAG i see doing about 400k first week and about 900k lifetime or just at 1 mil, also i really think GT5 will be around 2 mil or just a little more and GOW 3 i see doing 1.5 mil its first week

I have a feeling Resistance 3 is gonna surprise us and be ridiculously good. The way they were talking about the feedback they got from the 2nd one seemed like they might do something huge.

MAG should do decent numbers in the States, so 1.6 million LTD.

GOW III should be the best seller in the series- 4.1 million LTD.

GT5- 11 million LTD.

If Resistance 3 exists, I dunno. Hopefully better than R 2 and over 2 mil. I'll say 2.5 million.

thats what i was thinking ha =]  havnt a clue about its sales though , hope the second dosent put people off

mag seems to suck so it wont even do 1 million. imo dont ban me for that :P

There's a difference between your opinion and its apparent pre-orders in the US so far, so maybe best to go by that number and not your own gut feeling :p

My Predictions :

MAG - FW : 400 K LTD : 2 Mill

God of War 3 - FW : 910 K LTD : 4 Mill

Gran Turismo 5 : FW : 2.2 Mill LTD : 11 Mill

Heavy Rain : FW : 210 K LTD : 1.3 Mill

I need to see more of Resistance 3 and Agent to make a prediction.
