The company's themselves refer to the games as exclusives, particularly in an environment where PC is less and less significant with regards to hardcore gaming.

Given that, the VGC rule is fairly inconsistent.

eh, i guess a rule is a rule. it's funny, though, how the people who pointed out the console exclusive thing only pointed out the 360 ones, and left out the PS3 ones. mlb the show is on ps2 and psp, god of war collection is just a port of 2 ps2 games, and singstar is on ps2.

The God of War Collection though isn't on another console, thus, it IS an exclusive. MLB and Singstar I'll give you. But none of this matters, as Naz made a rule and it should be respected.

OT: Numbers aren't too surprising.


most people consider vice city and san andreas not exclusives because of the grand theft auto double pack on the xbox. anyway i truly don't care about all that. i'm just saying that the people pointing fingers on this thread only pointed to the 360 console exclusives and didn't bother pointing out the ps3 ones.

anyway, singstar actually surprised me. almost 500k in 16 weeks! also, the extent of the valkyria chronicles overtracking seems to have exploded in the holiday season.. at least in my opinion its overtracking. also it's surprising that LBP outsold Halo 3 over the holidays.

A trend I can spot in this is that older ps3 titles will still sell (looking at lair and heavenly sword with there 52k!~!) even after they have long been forgotten /salute
