I think we need to call it a "depth" cam to help seperate it from the PS EYE fud that gets spread around. I think the boffin that Microsoft rolled out today showing the how they capture depth and movement summed it up I suggest some of the EYE fans watch that trailer. It also has another boffin get hot under the coller describing the 30 images a second.
