Its a lot closer to what it should be. It should be no more then $25/year ($2/month) in my opinion. Especially when all they offer that PSN doesn't is party chat/cross game chat and ARGUABLY less lag.

Great deal anyways (based on the MSRP)

There's quite a bit more difference than that.

What else is different? (I'm not arguing, I'm just asking)

the price, name and quality

LOL...I'm XBL'ed up thru 2012, but I'm still getting me 2 cards (I'm superstitious...no 13) and will re-up for 2 more years. This is why I laugh at people who say they pay $50 bucks for XBL...if you do, you're a dumb consumer, and deserve to end up in the situation that you’re in.

no problem!

I BET NATHAN DRAKE CAN KICK SAM FISHERS ASS!

It's a sweet deal (even after intl shipping and the import fees you pay to Amazon to cover custom clearance I'm sure it's cheaper than what's available in Canada. 12 month XBL gold cards never dip below $48 in Canada. And these days the Canadian dollar is strong so there's not much difference between US and Canadian money) but I'm waiting for a Gold Messenger Pack sale (which includes the text messenger device, PGR4 and a extra headset) to get more XBL Gold. I don't care for PGR4 much (apparently it's an "arcade racer" and even then I suck at it. lol Telling from the demo) and the extra headset but the text messenger device would come in handy. It's tedious to type on XBL with the controller.
