The 10th Anniversary for the Dreamcast has renewed interest in the console, so a few developers have taken the opportunity to release New games for it.

lol what? Best dreamcast game. Who would make a game for a console that stopped production 8 or 9 years ago and only sold about 10-15 million units? You'd be better off making it for PS2.

It is called homebrew!  Some people just love their consoles.  This is not done for money.

There are games being made for the Atari 2600, 5200, 7800, and Jaguar. There are games being made for the Intellivision, Colecovision, Odyssey 2 (Videopac). [I have homebrew for all but the 5200 and Jag).
