Microsoft's research and development department is looking into a user interface system that uses EMG muscle sensors.
According to Engadget (and the YouTube video below) Microsoft is connecting EMG sensors to arm muscles and then detecting finger gestures based on the muscle movement.
How far this technology could go is anyone's guess but it's come a long way from the Power Glove and Vision camera days.
