Never broke a controller before, although I've dropped my PS3 controller about 127 times and it still works perfectly @_@

I broke at least 6 Gamecube controllers, but that's because I stopped caring about their well-being after I got a warranty at Best Buy. I used the same $5 warranty for many brand new controllers, one of the controllers I returned was in at least a dozen pieces.

The best part is the poor wording of their old warranties, I got told once that I couldn't return my orange controller when the original receipt was for a black one, but the wording of the warranty was shitty, so I still got a replacement. :)


Other than GCN, I haven't broken any other controllers, although buttons have stopped working on my NES and Genesis controllers.

I haven't broken a controller before. When I was younger I accidently left an N64 out in the rain once, and it didn't even break then.

Zero actually. But they sure all do take a beating. My N64 ones STILL work to this day.

I broke a sixaxis controller. I was so pissed off.

I was having an argument with my brother and i used me controller as if it was a hammer. He was wasted on the floor with me with my controller in pieces after beating him over the head with it.

I never knew controller could be so deadly

Oh and one time when i was getting strangled with ta PS1 controller wire and i wiped him with the end piece. It never broke or anything but when we started playing the PS1 later that day the controller just wouldnt work.

I broke a ps2 controller playing Rockman X6. The game's level designs and gameplay pissed me off soo badly that I actually threw the controller on the ground. Even though it was on carpet, the controller flew apart. I put it back together but the analog sticks were never the same so had to shell out for a new controller.
