The murderer should be hung from a wall, naked (with a rope tied around his lower abdomen, so that he doesn't die) Then the relatives of the young boy should form a line in front of him. And the first in line should be given a baseball bat to have a wild swing at his balls. After hammering his balls until satisfied, the bat should be passed onto the next in line and the cycle should continue.

You do know that in poor countries little kids, even babies die every day because of starvation, lack of medicine and so on. How is this one kid so special?
