Forums - PC - My "iTunes Store" won't load and so iTunes freezes. Help?

As the title of the thread states, I'm having some trouble with my iTunes. I wanted to see if any new CDs were loaded onto the store, but when I click the "iTunes Store" tab, it's blank and I open the Task Manager and it says, "iTunes - Not Responding." I tried uninstalling/reinstalling it and cleaning out the registry, but nothing seems to work. I guess I'll have to wait until the next iTunes version is released... Has anyone else had this problem before with iTunes? If so, can you give me any advice?

Working okay for me. You might have yourself a bit of a virus there.

Well, funny thing is that I used McAfee, Windows Security Essentials, Ad-Aware, and Spybot, and nothing came up.

Hmm. . . well I'm not trying to be a dink, your problem just sounds virus-ey to me. As a frequenter of some, um adult websites I have seen my fair share.

Sorry I can't be of more help. Hopefully some of the more tech-savvy guys here can help you out more.

is it up to date?

Well, this thread can be locked now. It seems that if I left the iTunes store to load, it would, and it did. I had to leave it on the iTunes Store tab for a bit and it came on. I thought something was wrong with my PC because of it, too...
