You made the right choice my friend. Let's just put it like this. I bought both games for Xbox 360. I have now beat Assassins Creed 2. I haven't even managed to get myself to start playing Borderlands yet.

but AC2 possess a true epic feeling. the running on the street is REALLY good but I would say the main problem is that the fighting is too easy mainly because it is too easy to counter and too easy to block

... fuck those easy games ...

libellule, closing is computer and going back to demon soul where blocking is more difficult (you need to be in the good direction) and parrying is MUCH more difficult ;)

Assassins Creed 2. It has improved on the original Assassins Creed in just about every way.

I'm a couple hours in and so far I'm really liking it. It's quite a slow burn seeing as how I am just now getting trained to be an assassin, but the storytelling is well done, and the music is really good. It does feel improved over the first one, and I'm enjoying it thoroughly thus far. It will definitely give me something to do til tuesday when Bayonetta comes out.

Having both games I believe that I can offer a good opinion.  Borderlands is an AMAZING game-  however only I only recomned this if you have a friend also buying this game.  Multiplayer is a blast, but the solo campaign is quite boring.  Also this game is increddiably easy- final boss expecailly.

I just recently purchased Assasins Creed 2.  Thinking the first was far to repetative I didnt have high hopes for AC2.  I was wrong this game is great im about 20 hrs into it, and its sweet.  So if your not planning on playing online this is the game for you.
