I spent a Christmas in Hawaii once, and I have to say it's the best one I ever had :).

And, I love BBQ.. well... what's the meat? ;)

Rotisserie lamb is a favourite, almost a yearly one infact. :)

Christmas to me is best celebrated in Summer, at the very least you or your relatives won't get stuck in a airport due to snowstorms.
