Hey everyone ...

After my friends convinced me to try guitar hero, i decided to buy it. I went yesterday and bought GH5 ( the game + a guitar, NTSC version ) for my PAL PS3. after i followed the instructions for how i setup the guitar i noticed that it's only working on the PS menu screen while it's not working in the game ... is it because the guitar that i bought is NTSC while my ps3 is PAL ( i know that PS is region free ) or maybe there's something that i did wrong ??? please i need help cause it's my first time trying a music game ... thanks ....

Try this: hold the PS button down on the guitar for a few seconds until the menu appears (turn off system, turn off controller, etc.). Choose "Controller Settings" and reassign the controller to slot 1. I know for a fact that Rock Band doesn't detect controllers unless they're in the 1-4 range.
