So i want a game that i can sneak up behind someone and stab them in the back or some other such stealth assassination. it has to be for a purpose though.

its no fun sneaking up on people in assassins creed and assassinating them just cause you can. i want it to help me progress through the game.

please no splinter cell as i didnt care for the games.

if metal gear solid has this let me know cause i've never played them but i KNOW i need to but if it has this i may bump it up on my list of games i need to play.

as in why do i want to kill people or why havent i play MGS ;D

this is brought on by me in shooters trying to sneek up on the enemies who are talking and then when i'm in a proximity they just turn and shoot me D: i just wanted to stealth kill them kinda see how long i can get away with it for

i have a very strange concept in my head... does mgs4 COME with MGS:O or is it sold seperately? somehow i always thought they were sold seperately

You can stealthily kill people in Uncharted 1/2 and Batman: Arkham Asylum.
That's all I can think of right now.

lol, Batman AA. That game is all about stealth, except when you're beating the crap out of huge inmates. Best stealth game I've played this year.

Hitman of course but it's getting old.

The Thief series is all about stealth but again the games are getting old. There's a new Thief game coming so you might want to look for it in the future.

There's also a rather simple stealth mode in Oblivion.
