Put simply, they were letting cells go idle, doing nothing for periods of time, on the first game. On the second game the cells always have jobs to do, but they feel they can still optimize their code, so that say in the future they may get 25% more work done than now, or maybe do what they are doing now but in 1080, who knows. That's what they will be working on right now, optimizing their code.

So, you admitted that they lied on their first game and second game and now letting out the truth?

Um, have you read what they said?  Did you read raygun's response to your initial comment?  What lies are you talking about?
