Toshiba lost format war than decided to make everything to BD don't get popular and DVD lifespan lest longer as possible with up-converting technologies.

The spurs engine, resolution +, Cell TV, and a cell based up-converting DVD to make everything to people stay with DVD.

The Cell TV will be 4k2k,it's something i'm looking for.

Not entirely sure what you mean with this.

4000 by 2000 pixel resolution. The current standard high definition is 1920 by 1080 which is 1/4th the number of pixels as the Cell TV. In addition to this the Cell TV mirrors the resolution of high definition digital cinema as well.
