Upon asking more info about VGA trailer build, 2K Producer confirms that footage taken was in-game visuals and they already look better then CG especially Characters. 2K producer also said that game is only going to get better looking from this point forward.
More details on the game's current stage of development will be in some of the upcoming coverage coming up, but suffice it to say the game is only going to get better looking from this point.
While we don't have a target render video out there, we do have an early CG trailer you might have seen (with the sandstorm sweeping through Dubai, shattering the building facades and so on). Rather than set the graphical bar, though, that video was designed to capture the mood and atmosphere of the game. Having seen the gameplay trailer we used to announce the game, you can see the in-game visuals already look quite a bit better than the CG, especially the characters.
