Has anyone heard of this game? I was recently exposed to this game, and it is probably the most fun board game I have ever played. Is anyone here an avid player, or tried this? I want to know how behind I am. Also, if you have any funny stories, please share.

Us home schoolers play it quite often. Though no one likes to play it with my sister or I. We are so good people think we cheat

ah I love games like that

Never heard of it.........a quick explanation perhaps?

I've played it. It's pretty fun.

@izaaz

Each player is dealt a hand of cards representing various objects, people, places. Each turn, one player draws a comparison card, such as 'dramatic' in the picture above. All of the other players will select a card from their hand which best compares to that card, and the player which drew the comparison card judges which of these is the best fit for the idea. The person who played the winning card takes the hand and you play to a certain score.

I only played once, so I might be a little fuzzy, but you get the gist of it. People can of course make arguments for which card is the best comparison. William Shakespeare is a logical match for 'dramatic', but you could argue the judge to rule High School Bathroom the winner on humour value alone.

Thank you for that ringo.

I think with my friends, there might be a bit of score doctoring near the end.

Great game, also depends on if people take is seriously or not when they are playing it, as some people only try to make funny combinations instead of real comparisons, which can be pretty hilarious
