If Zelda and The Last Guardian will both hit in 2010 it would be a tough choice. If neither makes it I would say Red Dead Redemption.
Gran Turismo 5 no doubt... w/ the money i save from not buy other games i would buy a wheel a racing seat and some arcade sticks... accessories are missing here!

I would definetly not chose the game I anticipate the most it would be the game which could keep me entertained the longest time. And that would be clearly FFXIV.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 but I'd be very sad about not getting Halo Reach and The Last Guardian. Hell I'd be sad about a lot of things I would be able to get. Screw that I'm buying them all haha.
