on topic: Microsoft has a number of means to speedily resolve this without relying on the courts, as has already been said. The key issue here is that Microsoft is losing these cases at all, which shows how legally shaky a lot of their stances currently are.

Well if they had a factory in Asia they would pretty much own people.
They use office buildings not a house.

Well theoretically they could buy your house if they put a hit on you and everyone that lived their because then it would go on the market and they would buy it without ever asking you.
