Should people with a dissease quarantine themselves? Are they being anti-social when they go out to work in this economic situation?

No, definitly not!
People with diseases, (for the most part) have obtained them by no fault of there own. Wheras smokers now have no excuse to try to reduce their intake as there are various other options to fullfill there nicotine desires. Patches and the like, also don't make me feel sick so im all for them. Gradual reduction should eventually allow your body to function fully without cravings for the cancer sticks and you should be ok.
As i partially mentioned previously though, if you don't care or arn't really bothered about the detramental effects then you probably won't quit and will bring out lots of excuses. If your in that situation please just state that you don't care about the effects, please.

What if you didn't take good care of your body, didn't follow basic hygene, and acted irresponsibly?
Wasn't your main point, not about responsibility, but simply about causing social harm, and therefore being anti-social?
A disseased person, responsible or not responsible for their illness don't differ in how much of a harm they impart on society by being close to them and coughing out their germs.
