I've always heard lackluster things from employees about the treatments they received while working there. People from Target saytheir treatment is much greater there and I figured they were both the same .

They dont allow workers unions in Walmart, which does effect alot of things. Plus Walmart is the national symbol of capitalism at its greatest.
America consumes more than any country in the world.
Some people see Walmart as the enemy because they have a tendency to put "mom & pop" shops out of work.

This can all be seen in the Walmart Southpark episode. which is hilarious

But there is no denying the great selection and deals they have.
