In my opinion... no.

RE5 looks good but below these titles (I didn't play PC version)... the environment has more details in ACII and Batman and character is better in ACII for example.

But... this is just a opinion.

Yeah, it was fun but it felt too familiar to me. I played Re4 all the way through 6 times... New stuff they added was hit and miss with mostly miss.

That is like saying: "Killzone 2 graphics looked better than Uncharted 2 graphics".

This is what I hate...I completely agree with you but the fact is that video game awards forget about the games that come out early in the year...RE5 definitely deserved a nomination IMO.
