Well both are awsome games and I have enjoyed both to the extream!!!!while Demon souls wins in gameplay(enjoyed the boss battles,parry,rolling evasion etc compared to Dragon age IMO)  Dragon age wins story wise!!!!! so my verdict is.......A TIE!!! tho I replayed Demon souls more than 5 times!!!!! its just addicting!!!

Demons's Soul

Nearly a tie for me...

Demon's Souls is great with this feeling of desolation and artsy backgrounds... On the other hand Dragon Age is less hardcore and probably funnier to play FOR ME.

Both are great. :p

I have not played either, but was considering buying 1 of these games... was leaning towards dragon age.
but this leads me to my question;

who has time to play all of these RPG's?
I am so jealous of the people who have this sort of time.

I am not making fun of you people or anything but , do you have jobs?,, girlfriends?
I envy you and your hours of rpg goodness.

i may just end up being forced to buy neither with all of the other games I still have to play, and there is no way in hell I am missing Mass Effect 2, which essentially means I would have to beat either dragon age or demons souls in that time before ME2 release.

Im curious to see what people here have to say, I think there may be a pro-demons souls club here on VGC

@ultraslick : I agree playing RPG a bit too much time consuming. That's why I said I liked the fact that Dragon Age was slightly less hardcore than Demon's Souls.

I still think you can play RPGs and have a girlfriend and a social life, hey I do and a lot of people here manage to do that too.

It's all about managing your time well and playing a limited number of games. But yeah it's hard.

my gf is a more hardcore rpg gamer than I am even with mmo. ironic isnt it? lol

Got both but so far so busy with DS only. Dragon age still needs to be opened and maybe this happens during xmas.

@ultraslick : I normally don’t have much time for games but recently my Saturdays are for DS until Sunday morning. Of course social life and relationship may suffer a bit but its all about compromising!

i took 18 credits, interned 20 hours a week, and also had a job this semester... while having a girlfriend of 7 years who basically lives with me.. and i still played the goodness that was demon souls for over 50 hours, plus uncharted 2  :)

Demon's souls is a unique RPG. Simply amazing
