Also, i got a 4850 radeon should i upgrade it.

Yes, to an HD 5770 or (if your resolution exceeds 1600x1200 and you have the budget) the HD5850. Both have DX11 and lower power/noise than the 4850; the 5770 will be 10% faster than the 4850 while the 5850 should be over 60% faster.
