iran doesnt care about mad, this is the country that cleared minefields by sending children to run over them...the desire for martyrdom is fairly strong among the shiites, they wont mind.

Nice BS, Fox news tell you that.

Israel will finally own up they have nukes them selfs, maybe test one to show they got em and will use them if attracted.

Mad will ensure peace, more so then there is now.

So, iran should get nukes too?  This will "ensure peace"??  Hus, I should know better than to listen to a former troll talking about international relations.  If anything bringing more weapons into an instable region will deescalate the area, not promote peace.

Maybe look at history, or things like balance of power.

Sad fact is if not for both US and USSR having mass piles of nukes they would have went to war.

dumb ass statement, irresponsible views.

The reason the U.S. and U.S.S.R. didn't go to war is because that war would probably destroy the whole freakin' world.

It's not the same situation for Iran.

I never said that it was exactly the same Montana. Look, you have hus over here who seems to think that the iranians should have nukes, or at least that it would be ok if they did, to promote peace.

The fact of the matter is that once iran get nukes, their big competitors the saudis will get them, then the rest of the middle east will want them so that they aren't the last injun without a bow. Letting more nukes in the region will destabilize and inflame the area.

But, yeah, sure, go on and say that its inconsequential.

No, I was arguing with Hus. And I think Hus holds a view which is popular in Europe, which is that Israel is a terrible regime and the rest of the Middle East consists of saints (or something to that effect). As much as people may disagree with how the U.S.S.R. was run, it was very much a stable nation in its prime. Few countries in the Middle East are (Israel is, though).

No. The rest of the world (Europe as well) will side against Iran, before siding against Israel, b/c they don't want to have to deal with the nuclear proliferation.

Urgh, you're very persistent to argue with me when I'm agreeing with you. Seriously, argue with a wall or something if you're in that mood.

I'm saying that there are a lot of citizens in Europe who dislike Israel, and Israel often isn't very popular in the media in Europe sometimes. That's different from government decisions though.
