My reasons...why i prefer Trine over Braid!

1. Trine (For a Side-Scroller) has beautiful 3D graphics that remind me of Valkyrie Profile 2: Sillmeria, everything is well rendered and has that lovely fantasy touch.
2. Trine has a Folklore-Like feeling from it, not gameplay-wise but overall feeling of the game, from the waterfalls to the big mushrooms to the Purple flowers and green flowers. very fairy-tale like.
3. Trine has the most beautiful music i've ever heard for a PSN game (except maybe Flower) and the work for this game is up there with Motoi Sakuraba's work among quite afew others.
4. Trine has Offline-Co-Op on PS3.
5. Trine has More Gameplay Value then Braid does, there is an RPG-Like upgrades system available for each character, the mage, the thief, and the Knight.

And those of my reasons of why i prefer Trine over Braid, by no means is braid a bad game, its simply just Trine does everything, every single little detail far better.

Agree or Disagree?

Trine bored me after the first few levels. It's the same puzzle over and over again and I just wasn't a huge fan. There were puzzles, but they were about on the level of Uncharted 2 after it gave you three hints and told you the solution.

Also, not a huge fan of multiplayer so that's another strike against it.

And just so people don't start-- yes, I love Uncharted and didn't even regret buying Trine.

they're both good. but Braid got tooooooooooooo much attention, almost overrated kind of attention.

Thats another reason, i'd have to agree with ya on that one Pull er... i mean Serverance.

Braid doesn't have pretty boys, therefore it sucks.

I played the demo and it was very good, but the games' too pricey.

Yes, with only 15+ levels and no online mode and no free DLC thats the one big turn off for the game.

I haven't played Braid, but Trine is a great game!

Haha! didn't it though? it has the same exact vibe as Silmeria, which is a very good thing.
