where can i get a psn card/code online for the exact value of the card...i look around and they all have shipping cost...i dont feel like going out and getting one because i have to travel an hour for the only store that has them in stock *my gamestop never has them

According to your profile you're from the UK, in which case you can get PSN cards from game, gamestation or order online from play.com with free delivery, all do £20 and £50 cards.
