the Wii continues to dominate in hardware sales? I have been watching hardware and software sales for sometime now. During this period I have been baffled at the amount of hardware the Wii has been able to push out. No offense to supporters of the Wii, but I have been generally disapointed in the software that is associated with the Wii. Basically, I would say that rarely has there been any spectacular games released on the Wii. So, other than massive sales of the Wii, is it really the system of choice? I have had plenty of chances to play the Wii, but often I realize that it isn't a "good system". So, why is it that the Wii continues to dominate? Are the few Wii games that are impressive enough to justify the Wii's sales performance? I say NO! How many people do you know which own the system actually enjoy it on a regular basis?

I sense some anger towards the wii but I understand where your coming from.I to dont understand how the wii continues to sell like hotcakes when for me personaly would only buy 3 games.

But I know a friend that loves it but he wants a 360 too though.

i enjoy it on a regular basis and have even talked others into getting them.

I really enjoy the Wii regularly too. The games are just plain fun and I wouldn't want it in any other way

i have about 50 wii games, at least half of the wii games i have justify my purchase, seems to me that wii doesn't have the games you like, but you are not the majority.

I see where somebody would suggest that I have anger towards the Wii, but I don't. Look I don't have any anger against the Wii. I just see this whole thing as ludacris. The Wii will of course appeal to people, but common man. this is laughable. I see the Wii as a some fad that should have had it course come to an end already. I don't think that game creaters are willing to push the limits with this thing and therefore because seemingly everyone will buy one, these companies must figure that with a large enough install base, somebody is going to buy their shovelware.

I like how you made the countless wii bashing arguments "nicer", but the answer is still the same. People like different games from you. The Wii offers different games from the HD Consoles.
